2027 THSBCA Convention - Vendor Information

Preparations are underway for the 2027 THSBCA Convention to be held in Waco, Texas
January 14th through 16th, 2027. Below is information regarding registration:
Online payment is preferred and strongly encouraged.
If necessary, vendors may still pay by check; however, completing payment online ensures faster processing and immediate booth confirmation.

About the show:
The THSBCA hosts one of the largest baseball conventions in the country. The event welcomes over 3000 high school coaches representing teams from across the entire state of Texas. Over 150 vendors from across the nation showcase the very latest products and services available at the conference.
In addition to the large exhibit area, there is an abundance of speakers at each year's convention. These are some of the most knowledgeable and finest baseball coaches in the country. Each speaker shares his expertise with all the coaches in attendance.
Daily Exhibitor Times:
Thursday, January 14th Set-Up 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Exhibits open 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday, January 15th. Exhibits open 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday, January 16th. Exhibits open 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Exhibit Booths:
VERY IMPORTANT: All vendors are required to remain fully set up and present until the exhibit hall closes at 12:00 PM on Saturday. Early departure is not permitted.
Exhibit Booths:
The Exhibit Booths are 10 x 10 ft. and come with a 6ft. table covered with skirting and 2 side chairs.
The cost for the space is $650.00 per regular booth, $700.00 for Wall Premium booth(s), $750 for Premium Booth/ End Cap and Pitching Machine Area: $1,600.
Optional Vendor Visibility Upgrades:
All visibility upgrades are offered through the online exhibitor directory and can be selected during registration:
• Logo in Booth Listing — Display your company logo directly on your booth profile.
• Logo in Header — Feature your logo prominently in the directory header.
• Featured Listing — Gain priority placement and increased visibility in the directory.
• NEW for 2027: Giant Screen Advertising — Promote your brand on the large digital screens located throughout the exhibit halls.
