2025 THSBCA COACHES CONVENTION

DATES: JANUARY 9th THRU 11th, 2025

 

LOCATION: Waco Hilton & Convention Center - Waco, Texas

Preparations are underway for the 2025 THSBCA Convention to be held in Waco, Texas Jan. 9th thru Jan. 11th. Below is information regarding registration:

 

Vendors can view our exhibit area to select and complete the vendor registration form online and submit payment with a credit card by going to our Expo Floor Plan page.  You may also download the form, pay with a check, and mail payment to:

About the show:
The THSBCA hosts one of the largest baseball conventions in the country. The event welcomes over 3000 high school coaches representing teams from across the entire state of Texas. Over 150 vendors from across the nation showcase the very latest products and services available at the conference.

 

In addition to the large exhibit area, there is an abundance of speakers at each year's convention. These are some of the most knowledgeable and finest baseball coaches in the country. Each speaker shares his expertise with all the coaches in attendance.


Daily Exhibitor Times:

Thursday, Jan. 9th, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Friday, Jan. 10th, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday, Jan. 11th, 9:00 am - 12 Noon
 

Exhibit Booths:

The Exhibit Booths are 10 x 10 ft. and come with a 6ft. table covered with skirting and 2 side chairs. The cost for the space is $600 per Standard Booth, $650 per Wall Premium, and $700 for Premium Booth / End Cap.

Thursday, Jan. 9th beginning at 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
